At ToduGift, we strive to deliver your products efficiently and safely across India. When placing your order, available delivery options and estimated dates will be shown at checkout. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking details (if applicable).

Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

Order Processing Time: All orders are dispatched within 72 hours (3 working days) from the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Timeframe:

• Metro Cities: 2–5 working days after dispatch
• Other Locations: 4–8 working days after dispatch

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are based on your location and the total weight or size of your order. Final shipping costs will be calculated and shown at the checkout before you confirm your order.

Courier Partners

We work with reliable courier services including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Returns & Refunds

• You can return items within 7 days of receiving them (return shipping at your cost).
• For damaged items, please contact us with a photo through our Contact Us page.
• Refunds will be processed once we receive the item in original condition.
• No returns or exchanges for personalised, custom, or perishable items unless received in faulty or damaged condition.
