Refund & Returns Policy
Return Window
Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Must be in original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable Items
- Perishable goods such as chocolate, flowers, or frames.
Partial Refunds
- Item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Item returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank as processing time may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Gifts
If marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. Otherwise, the refund goes to the gift giver.
